QR-Vouchers

Our digital vouchers work in many ways similar to a regular QR-Check in. Every attendee gets sent a personal QR-code which in this case will work as their vouchers. The attendee receives a finite amount of vouchers and we usually add a tracker under the QR-code so that the attendees can keep track of how many vouchers they have used and how many they have left.
We assign one mobile-phone per terminal/bartender. This is what we use to scan our attendees vouchers. The bartenders only have to press charge on the interface, then a pop up and sound alert will notify you that a voucher has been charged. You will also see the name of the person as well as how many vouchers they have remaining. (See images below).

This version only registers how many vouchers have been used. We therefore recommend that the bartenders keep a note or tab on the side to keep track of what units have been sold.
When the night comes to an end, we export the list containing vouchers used and send it to you so that you can easily track how many vouchers have been used. If the event lasts multiple days then we also reset vouchers used after the export and reapply the appropriate amount for the next day.
If the need to give additional vouchers arise, maybe the winner of a competition gets 4 extra vouchers. Then we can easily add that to individual persons. These will be available immediately. We also have the option to subtract vouchers during the event if necessary.
