Oiiku provides two types of attendee badges, paper and RFID. Paper badges is less design sensitiv and are more environmental friendly.  RFID cards can be used as a room key on most hotels.

You can use Oiiku Check in with both paper and RFID badges. Paper badges must have a QR code printed. RFID badges contains a chip inside the card.

Format

  • 85.60 × 54mm @ 300dpi
  • 1 mm bleed
  • PDF format, RGB

We need two designs if personal info such as name and company lays over the design elements. One with personal info and one without.

Font

If you want to use other fonts, please provide ut with the TTF or OTF file.

Tips

  • Horisontal badge format gives more space for long names
  • Avoid small font sizes
  • Large colored fields often become uneven
  • Large gradient fields often become uneven
  • Make sure you have a good contrast between text and background

Tips

  • Merge fields like name, company and QR code should be in black on white background for onsite printing
